GROWTH and STAKEHOLDER MANAGER - Creativity Australia


Creativity Australia, one of the Australia’s most innovative not-for-profit social businesses, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead the growth of our membership, programs and stakeholder engagement.


The role offers a unique opportunity to build enduring networks and strategies that will consolidate the rapid growth of the organisation – with a particular focus on our With One Voice inclusive choir program.


The Growth and Stakeholder Manager oversees membership development, stakeholder engagement and the activation of our newest programs.


The role involved the development and enactment of strategic partnerships that ensure that our programs remain diverse and sustainable. Tasks will include the management of membership campaigns, direct mail, e-marketing, audience development initiatives, sales promotions, budgets, media and other sponsorships, publicity, promotion of programs, researching philanthropic/fundraising opportunities, and developing new programs.


The role also involves liaison with our existing government and community partners that assist us in ensuring that we transform people’s by enhancing wellbeing and creating employment pathways.


The Growth and Stakeholder Manager supervises all marketing and partner based initiatives and the including marketing, publicity agencies and other consultants.


The role reports directly to the General Manager and Founder, when appropriate, and works closely with other senior staff on long-range planning and company-wide initiatives.


Required qualifications include a proven track record in relationship management, marketing and in a supervisory capacity preferably at a community or cultural organisation; staff and budget management expertise; excellent writing, communication and organisational skills.


This is a full-time, twelve-month contract with a view to becoming a permanent position.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY for inspiring choir conductors.


We are seeking outstanding and inspirational choir conductors for our expanding With One Voice program around Victoria. Conductors will play piano or guitar (or both), have a portable keyboard and/or backing tracks and be proficient in leading choirs made up of non-English speaking members and those who do not read music.


Conductors will be required to encourage and build choir capability and numbers. Choirs perform at events and festivals and like to perform a range of songs including African gospel, Australian and international well-loved pieces. Choirs are based in different locations mainly within one hour of Melbourne.


We currently have an opportunity in various Melbourne suburbs, with new programs commencing. Contracts are for 12 months and choirs rehearse once weekly generally from 5:30-6:45pm.
