Tania de Jong AM - Founder and Chair
Tania de Jong AM is a leading Australian soprano and social entrepreneur. She founded Creativity Australia and Creative Universe to improve wellbeing, engagement and innovation in organisations and communities. She has a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of Victorian College of the Arts. Her numerous awards include Ernst and Young Australian Social Entrepreneur of the Year as Founder of The Song Room.
She was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2008 and named Brainlink Woman of Achievement in 2009. Tania consults to multinational organizations on creative leadership and innovation, works with a range of migrants and disadvantaged communities to build social capital and performs nationally and internationally with her group Pot-Pourri and event production company Music Theatre Australia. She presents keynote speeches in Australia and internationally for a diverse range of conferences and events. She is Founder and Executive Producer of Creative Innovation 2010.

Peter Kronborg - Deputy Chair
Peter Kronborg has been a successful Strategic Leadership Advisory professional since 1986. He advises companies in the private and public sector, as well as government and NFP organisations on the appointment of directors and senior executives as well as working with boards on strategic governance development, organisational and remuneration matters. Peter co-founded OPPEUS in 2002, which has rapidly developed a successful track record and is recognised as a BRW Fast 100! Company which provides Strategic Leadership Advice with unique, innovative and integrated solutions in the domains of Talent, Organisation, Governance and Remuneration. Commencing his career as a lawyer, Peter worked with leading commercial law firm, Arthur Robinson, and then as a corporate lawyer with the then multibillion dollar diversified food group Carnation/Nestlé International. His career expanded into marketing, corporate development and general management, rising to divisional general management and associate director positions. After 10 years experience in marketing and manufacturing, he joined Myer Limited which shortly thereafter became an integral part of Coles Myer Limited. He became Head of Corporate Strategy and then a major business unit executive within the Coles Myer Group. Subsequently he embarked on a consulting career as Principal with Egon Zehnder International, prior to being appointed as a Managing Partner of Korn/Ferry International to grow the organisation in Melbourne, Australia. Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Victorian Councillor since 2004 and is Director of Creativity Australia. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration in Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Peter is on the Dean’s Council of the Monash Law School and until recently was on the Advisory Board of Victoria University - Centre for International Corporate Governance Research. He is a past President of the Melbourne University Business School Alumni and a former Director of the Melbourne Business School, as well as a Founder of the Advisory Council for the De Bono Institute in 2002. He is active in a variety of community interests and is the Victorian Chairman of the Royal Flying Doctor Service and a former Director of the National Board. He holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
Sue Crook - Company Secretary and Director
Victorian Manager of Company Matters, Sue has more than 30 years experience in various senior corporate roles with organisations ranging from large listed multi-nationals to smaller unlisted, government sector, and not-for-profits. The past 15 years has been focused on corporate governance in company secretarial/general counsel roles. Previously, Sue was the General Counsel and Company Secretary of ASX listed Australian Foundation Investment Company (AFIC) (as well as three other listed entities associated with AFIC). Prior to that, Sue was the Associate Company Secretary and Head of the Australian Secretariat with National Australia Bank. Sue has played an active role with Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA) including as National President in 2004. In addition, Sue has been a Director of CSA’s National Board, a Member of CSA’s National Council and CSA’s Victorian State Chairman. Sue continues to support CSA as a guest lecturer and a member of the National Legislation Review Committee. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne University. She is a Fellow of CSA and a Senior Fellow of Finsia.
Kelly O'Dwyer - Director

Kelly O'Dwyer attended the University of Melbourne, graduating with Honours in Law and an Arts degree majoring in history. After leaving university, Kelly embarked on a legal career at Freehills. She worked on complex issues with some of Australia's leading businesses. Kelly spent almost four years working as a Senior Adviser to the Federal Treasurer Peter Costello where she made an important contribution to policy on small business. Most recently as an executive at the National Australia Bank, Kelly has been part of a team building a new business. Kelly has participated in leadership forums such as Asialink Australia-Asia New Leader's Program, the Rambam Fellowship and the Australian Davos Connection Leadership Retreat. Kelly was appointed the Australian Youth Representative to the Commonwealth Youth Program in 1999 and then elected as the Deputy Regional Youth Coordinator for the South Pacific for the next three years. Kelly has recently been pre-selected as the Liberal candidate for Higgins previously held by Peter Costello. Kelly is married to Jon.
Sue Larkin - Director
Sue Larkin has worked as a management consultant for the past 18 years, commencing as a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group based in Melbourne prior to the establishment of her own management consultancy business specialising in organisational and executive assessment and development assignments with major Global and Australian companies undergoing significant change. Sue has worked closely with CEO’s and senior executives to develop their capabilities to implement strategic changes in business direction through effective individual and team leadership. She has also directed executive development programs at Mt Eliza Business School. Over the past two years Sue has scaled back her management consultancy to research and write a book about an important member of her family who traversed Siberia to China in the midst of the Russian Revolution. Sue's past Board experience includes the Mental Health Review Board and local Conservation authorities.
